Photo Processing and Storage

• No Permanent Storage: We do not permanently store your original photos. Once your animation is complete and delivered, the original photo data is discarded by our processing systems.
• AI Processing: To create animations, your photos are sent to our AI service providers (OpenAI and Fal.ai) for processing. These providers may temporarily retain your images and generated content for the duration necessary to complete processing and deliver results. • Local Storage: Completed animations are stored locally on your device. You have full control over saving, sharing, or deleting them.
• No Training: Your photos are never used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Face Data Collection and Use

Relivit processes photographs that may contain human faces to create animated videos. We take the privacy of this sensitive data seriously:

What Face Data We Collect

When you upload a photo, we temporarily process the image including any faces it contains. We analyze facial features solely to generate natural-looking animations (such as simulated eye movements, expressions, and head movements).

How Face Data Is Used

Face data is used exclusively for the following purpose:

• To generate an animated video from your static photograph

We do not use face data for facial recognition, identification, or any purpose other than creating your requested animation.

Third-Party Processing of Face Data

To create animations, your photos containing faces are transmitted to our AI service providers:

• OpenAI: Analyzes your photo to understand its content and generate appropriate animation instructions
• Fal.ai: Processes your photo to generate the animated video

These providers process your photos to generate animations. They may temporarily retain images and outputs for the duration necessary to complete processing, after which data is handled according to their respective privacy policies. They do not permanently store your images for other purposes.

Face Data Storage and Retention

• No Permanent Storage: Face data is not permanently stored by Relivit. Our AI service providers may temporarily cache data for processing purposes only
• Temporary Processing: Photos are processed to generate your animation. Generated content may be temporarily retained by service providers for delivery purposes, then deleted according to their data retention policies
• No Biometric Templates: We do not create biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or faceprints from your photos
• Local Results Only: The resulting animated video is delivered to and stored only on your device

Face Data Sharing

Face data is shared only with the AI service providers listed above (OpenAI and Fal.ai) for the sole purpose of generating your animation. We do not sell, rent, or share face data with any other third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.
